Ingredients:
- 1 cup dhokla cubes (store-bought or homemade)
 - 1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
 - 1/4 cup rice flour
 - 1/4 cup curd (yogurt)
 - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - Salt to taste
 - Oil for frying
 - Fresh coriander leaves and grated coconut for garnish
 
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine besan, rice flour, curd, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter. Add a little water if needed to achieve the right consistency.
 - Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
 - Dip each dhokla cube into the prepared batter, ensuring it’s well coated, and carefully slide it into the hot oil.
 - Fry the coated dhokla cubes until they turn golden brown and crisp. Remove them using a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
 - Garnish the Fried Dhokla with fresh coriander leaves and grated coconut.
